February 11: Cape Town

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be met by a representative for your private road transfer to The Commodore Hotel in Cape Town’s famous Victoria & Albert Waterfront. Africa’s most popular tourist destination, Cape Town, South Africa, is a city with a bright future despite its history of struggle.

February 12: Cape Town

This morning you will be collected from The Commodore Hotel for your day of private touring in Cape Town, including a packed lunch and entrance fees to Seal Island cruise, Chapman’s Peak Drive, Cape Point and funicular, Boulders Beach penguin colony, and an afternoon visit to South African Foundation for the Conservation of Coastal Birds (SANCCOB).

February 13/14/15/16: Kirkman’s Camp

This morning you will have a private road transfer back to Cape Town International Airport where you will connect to your commercial flight to Skukuza. Upon arrival at Skukuza Airport, transfer to Kirkman’s Camp, overlooking the Sand River in the southern Sabi Sands bordering Kruger National Park.

Set out daily in an open 4 x 4 safari vehicle in the company of a ranger and tracker team, who will attempt to track your favorite animals. The Sabi Sand Game Reserve is well known for its leopard sightings and you may well spot one of these elusive cats resting after a successful night hunt. You will stop for refreshments at a scenic spot during your drive.

February 17/18/19: Ngala Safari Lodge

Today you will have a private road transfer to Ngala Safari Lodge in a private reserve bordering Kruger National Park.

Enjoy early morning and late afternoon game drives that continue after nightfall. The professionally trained guides will ask you about your favorite wildlife and will do their best to ensure that your preferences are met, whether it is tracking a particular species or spending more time enjoying each sighting and getting to know the habits of the animals. Ngala Private Game Reserve is home to all of the Big Five but is particularly well known for its large prides of lions and occasional sightings of wild dogs, as well as large herds of elephants and buffalo. Venture out in search of leopards or lions sleeping off the exertion of the hunt from the night before.

February 20, 2018

Today you will have a road transfer to Hoedspruit-Eastgate Airport, where you will connect to your commercial flight to Johannesburg, and then home.
